'WillowDockSide started with one goal in mind: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family, who founded our pizzeria in 1985, had a small family-owned shop that has continued the tradition for generations.

Marco Bianchi, the original visionary, honed her pizza-making skills during her Italian sojourns, notably from experts in Naples, where pizza traces its origins. When she came back to the UK, replicating that unique Italian pizza was her quest, and she did so with traditional techniques and the best quality components available.

Originating as a quaint pizzeria with only 12 seats, it has since evolved into a cherished community staple, yet the dedication to quality and authenticity has remained steadfast. Our methods are still entrenched in the wood-fired oven tradition, with daily homemade dough, and the pursuit of the finest ingredients continues.

Still under the Bianchi family's eye, 'WillowDockSide' is now steered by the second generation, committed to a team driven by passion. Even though we've welcomed new advancements, the essence of our mission is unchanged: baking delicious, authentic pizza that unites everyone.
